Shipping charges are estimated on the shopping cart checkout page. We will honor that pricing on UPS Ground orders. On all others we will email you with the actual charges for special handling for your approval prior to shipment if the actual charge is higher than the estimated. UPS upgraded services charge by dimensional weight determined by weight and size of the package and that will be the actual charge.

All freight free items will be shipped delivery service of our choice. (Normally ground UPS) Upgraded service will be charged the difference between ground and the service you select.  Freight free offer applies only to items shipped to the 48 contiguous states.  Freight free only applies to quantities of 5 or more. Other destinations please call or email for quote. Although the shopping cart does not show free shipping on quantities of 5 or more you will not be charged for shipping.

To exchange or return your purchase, return it in original and unopened package. For your protection, return your package insured by UPS or U.S. Mail. We are sorry but we can not return or refund shipping or postage charges. The products we provide are guaranteed by Avenue Medical against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund.

All Catalog orders will have actual UPS Ground shipping charges added to order. The shopping cart can not automatically calculate shipping charges on these orders. For more information go to the page below.
